Membership Options

Strength and Conditioning Training at Think Fast offers three different 3 Month Membership Options.  Training is in small groups with an average of 3 - 6 athletes per group under the guidance of a trained Strength Coach.

Please understand that not all applicants are accepted due to the serious nature of our training program.  This ensures that every athlete in our groups is highly motivated and given individual attention and instruction.  We expect high motivation and high coachability from all of our athletes.

Upon registration, parents AND athletes are interviewed because we not only require highly committed athletes, but we look for parents to be equally motivated and supportive.

Currently, we are limiting membership to 40 athletes to ensure our athletes get the best coaching possible.

Sessions are 45-60 minutes of high intensity and focused training and are held 1-3 days per week depending on the membership package purchased.

Sample weight training: sled dragging, bodyweight training, sandbags, ropes, tires and strongman kegs and atlas stones.  Athletes will also utilize all the normal routines of pressing, squatting, dead lifts and Olympic lifts.
